1. In order to secure a place on the retreat for you and the baby you must make a booking through our booking system on the website. On making a booking with us, each person must accept the terms of these Booking Conditions. Further in text mention as the customer.
  2. This contract is made on the terms of these Booking Conditions, which are governed by Danish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish State Courts.
  3. The customer shall pay “DolceMama retreats” a non-refundable, but transferable to a different retreat week if one can’t make intended one, deposit in the sum of equivalent to 700 Euros of the total amount due for each adult named in the reservation. This must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure place.
  4. If the customer decides to transfer the paid deposit to any other retreat week, the decision must be made not later than 6 weeks before the arrival date and requested by writing to info@dolce-mama.com. “DolceMama retreats” will accommodate request where possible, or offer next available spot.
  5. The remaining balance should be paid by the customer to “DolceMama retreats” not less than 6 weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings within the last 6 weeks must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
  6. If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date “DolceMama retreats” will send the customer a reminder but failure to respond within 72 hours gives “DolceMama retreats” the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
  7. In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable as mentioned in nr. 3:
  • Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
  • Cancellation 6 weeks or less before due arrival date, 50% refund
  • Cancellation 7 and more weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund
  1. Your booking is considered definite and a contract will exist between you and “DolceMama retreats” only when an email of confirmation has been sent to you. No contract will exist between us prior to our issuing the confirmation email.
  2. Once your retreat has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an Insurance Policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
  3. Compensation will not be paid if “DolceMama retreats” is forced to cancel or in any way change your retreat due to war, threat of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances which amount to force majeure. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred.
  4. “DolceMama retreats” does not cover flight costs.
  5. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation and arrives at the airport in time.
  6. “DolceMama retreats” reserves the right to alter any facility accommodation or yoga activity.
  7. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION, ILLNESS AND LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS. You need to have your own travel insurance. You should also check with your doctor that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and any other physical activity we have arranged or you may arrange during your retreat. Please check with your own doctor that you are adequately fit. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity organised for you, then you must stop immediately and advise “DolceMama retreats” staff accordingly.
  8. Customer must be aware of any allergic reactions of beauty products our beautician is using during treatments and should discuss any consequences with the beautician before getting any treatment. “DolceMama retreats” is not responsible for any consequences that might occur.
  9. Body treatments won’t be performed if the customers’ skin is irritated, damaged or has any problems. Also we don’t advise massages to people with blood circulation problems. “DolceMama retreats” is not responsible for any consequences that might occur.
  10. “DolceMama retreats” is not liable for any injuries to the customer’s child or children, whether these occur during the hours of childcare or under the supervision of the mother.
  11. If you have a problem or complaint during your retreat, please inform a member of our team immediately, who will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved, you must advise us in writing on your return. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any group member or other guest at your accommodation.
  12. “DolceMama retreats” accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or travelling to and from the retreat.
  13. “DolceMama” keeps the right to alter any activity or weekly/daily program.

  15. I agree that I might be photographed or filmed during the retreat and agree of the material later being used for marketing purposes.
